feat: Add STUN servers to enable P2P (#1126)
This exposes a `--stun-server` option for listing
STUN servers. By default it uses the Google STUN
server, but this is not required.

fix: Write agent URL to file for gitssh (#1123)
This was broken because gitssh couldn't find the URL.
Now it can, and SSH is confirmed to work on dogfood! 🥳
